The second doctor

Today we we had a really good breakfast. I had a pan á chocolat. No one was up yet. Next we went to the Eden Project which was fantastic. It's an old clay pit site that has been turned into a beautiful garden.  It was very hot. The Eden project is two big biodomes one replicates a rainforest the other is Mediterranean. I liked the rainforest better because it was bigger. I had delicious balboa and mango smoothie in the rainforest. They altered the climate in each one. Then we drove to a lovely cafe with a farm shop. Benj and I were felling a bit sick from the windy roads.  We had a delicious Cornish pastie and scones with clotted cream. they had a nice farm shop I bought some orange fudge. Then we went to port Isac. We saw the house they filmed doc Martin. For dinner we went to my cousins house. We had a great Nerf  gun war. We had amazingly delicious pizza. Then we caught a taxi  home.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast with the doctor

Today we went out for breakfast. Benj saw doctor who (Peter Capaldi) who was having breakfast at the next table.  He was very nice and let us take a photo.  He likes porridge and we had porridge too. We went to the doctor who expirence.  It was great. We saw all the original props and costumes.  Then we went to Cornwall. I met all my cousins who I didn't know I had! We had a lovely dinner together.    I had a great time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Little town-Joe

Today we left the little town with its cosy rooms. Breakfast was delicious. We stopped at tescos and bought lunch. When we got to Cardiff it was so late we just went shopping had dinner and went to bed. We saw Mrs twiggy winkle.

 

 

 

 

 

Little town

Today we went on another long drive. I had a great breakfast at the Tarbert B&B. We left asap. We stopped in a cute Scottish town and I bought a little black Scotty dog. Then we drove for ages and it was boring on the motorway.  We stopped at Dumfries in Scotland - the last Scottish town for us.  Eventually we found a little cafe that was pretty good. When we arrived in the Lakes District we felt really tired and we got a bit lost so had to stop for a drink at the Pheasant Inn to use their wifi.  It was so cosy we decided to go there for dinner. We are staying in a gorgeous old farmhouse like in a Beatrix Potter book. The sheep are grey and speckled and very cute.  For dinner I had fried whitebait  it was delicious. After dinner I lost my tooth in a toffee. It was a great day.

 

 

 

 

Tarbet

Today we left the haven hotel. I had a massive breakfast. We left as soon as possible. The scenery was amazing. It was so vibrant. We saw a lot waterfalls and rainbows it was so beautiful. We stopped at a bar on a loch for lunch, the views were amazing and I had a delicious ham sandwich. When we reached Tarbert we went to the old castle, there is an amazing photo of rainbow over the castle. We went to a place called the anchorage for dinner and I had nachos and chocolate tart.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Isle of Skye in the pouring rain

Today was pouring with rain. We went to the Isle of Skye and Portree. he scenery was amazing. There were lots of waterfalls on the way. We went to the crofters museum, the museum was in little thatched cottages. It was really interesting. Then we went back to Portree and had ice cream. Then we went to a bar but it was full. So we had to go to little cafe which was ok. We went out for dinner in Plockton I had soup. Then dad and I went on the island in the harbour, there was no treasure but a lot of mud.

 

 

 

 

Plockton

Today we had the most delicious breakfast ever there was pancakes fruit juice bacon.We went on a delightful walk up from the town and I ate blackberries we found. Then we went on a seal sightseeing trip it was great we saw loads of seals. The guy who drove the boat was really funny and told us lots. After we went to the isle of skye and went to the cutest pub ever. I had pumpkin soup it was delicious. Then we went out for dinner back at Plockton I had fish and chips and a clotie dumpling it was delicious. It was very rainy and there was amazing scenery. 

 

 

 

 

Loch Ness-Joe

Today we left, it was our last morning at Gogarbank house it was very sad. We set of to plockton. It was very tiring. We stopped of at Inverness and had delicious pies. There were a lot of waterfalls on the way. It was very bendy on the way there as went past Loch Ness the home of the monster, it is very big. I had to chew a lot of gum to stop me being sick.we stopped at a castle. And stretched our legs.Then we arrived at plockton and went to our room at the haven inn it is a great room.

 

 

 

 

Stirling-Joe

Today we went to Stirling castle it was fantastic. Uncle Nick organised for us to drive straight in, he just showed his General's Pass. We had a special guide who told us a lot about the Scottish Argyll and Sutherland regiment museum, there were different parts for different wars. He was the ex commander of the regiment and knew a lot of interesting things. I got to wear the Scottish regimental hat in the old palace where we started. There were lots of guns from different times and a lot of flags and silverware and a chair that the queen sat in herself. Then we went to a part called the great kitchens from when the castle was the home of the Scottish kings there is a photo of me reaching for a pie in the kitchen. It was amazing. Then we went to cafe called the unicorn cafe it was ok. Then we did some shopping at the supermarket. Tonight we is our last night ar Gogarbank house I loved it here it is  just amazing and thanks Uncle Nick, Aunty Pippa and Kitty. Some other photos of the last few days with all of us. Edinburgh-Joe

Today we went to Edinburgh castle, which is a massive old castle built on a volcano. We had a military officer show us around. We saw the Crown Jewels, the sword that corinated Mary queen of scots, and the amazing one o'clock gun and mons meg. Next we walked to Mark's and Spencer's. We got my granny an umbrella and us some clothes. Then we went to the most amazing cheese shop. It had all sorts of cheese. Then we went out for lunch to a delicious place called the pantry. I had pulled pork with chilli sauce. Then we went to T.KMax and pound land mum spent an hour looking at jackets and other stuff. Meanwhile Benj and I went to pound land and everything is one pound I bought an emoji cushion.
